DRAFTING, PHOTOSIMS & 3D RENDERINGS
As a design and consulting firm, we strive to provide personalized, one-on-one service for each of our clients. We will spend the time with each customer to find out exactly what they’re looking for and use our expertise to come up with the best solution.
It is important to us that you receive the attention to detail that is expected with such an important undertaking. With in-house engineers our drafting team is able to have their questions answered immediately. This allows us to turn around your project in a matter of days instead of weeks.
Using the latest in computer assisted design software we are able to provide sketches and/or 3D models of your project. Once these have been approved, we will provide a preliminary layout of the plans and elevations for your further examination.
Once the preliminary designs are approved, the construction documents are begun. These include all of the elevations, floor plans, structural notes, roof plan, sections, details, etc. that a contractor requires in order to build the site. If permits are required, we will work directly with the municipality to get these done. We are committed to delivering work of the highest quality and creating maximum value for our clients.
Our expertise spans all phases of the production of photosims, including eye level and aerial photography, 3D model creation, photo composition and the production of exhibit display boards. We can produce photosims from customer supplied photographs or photographs taken by FC Telec.
Using software such as 3DS Max & Photoshop we are able to create photo-realistic renderings of our sites before they have been built. Landlords sometimes have a hard time visualizing what the end result will be just by looking at a 2 dimensional drawing. Presenting them with a 3D rendering will help eliminate any confusion and in most cases help speed up the approval process. Once a building has been modeled, our designer can change the color/size/texture of our proposed structure in a matter of minutes. Creating the 3D rendering is a lot of work, but allows for an almost infinite amount of creative control over what appears in the scene, and how it is depicted. Most of our clients will agree that these renderings are invaluable at the approval stage of a project.
